Invocation for entering the restroom

([بِسْمِ اللَّهِ] اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْخُبْثِ وَالْخَبائِث).

((In the name of Allah). O Allah, I take refuge with you from all evil and evil-doers.)

1x((Bismil-lah) allahumma innee aAAoothu bika minal-khubthi wal-khaba-ith.)

Invocation for leaving the restroom

(غُفْرَانَكَ).

(I ask You (Allah) for forgiveness.)

1x(Ghufranak.)

What to say before performing ablution

(بِسْمِ اللَّهِ).

(In the name of Allah.)

1x(Bismil-lah.)

What to say upon completing ablution

(أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لاَ شَرِيكَ لَهُ وَأَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّداً عَبْدُهُ وَرَسُولُهُ..).

(I bear witness that none has the right to be worshipped except Allah, alone without partner, and I bear witness that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.)

1x(Ashhadu an la ilaha illal-lahu wahdahu la shareeka lah, wa-ashhadu anna Muhammadan AAabduhu warasooluh.)

(اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْنِي مِنَ التَّوَّابِينَ وَاجْعَلْنِي مِنَ الْمُتَطَهِّرِينَ)

(O Allah, make me of those who return to You often in repentance and make me of those who remain clean and pure.)

1x(Allahummaj-AAalnee minat-tawwabeena wajAAalnee minal-mutatahhireen.)

(سُبْحانَكَ اللَّهُمَّ وَبِحَمْدِكَ، أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ أَنْتَ، أَسْتَغْفِرُكَ وَأَتوبُ إِلَيْكَ).

(How perfect You are O Allah, and I praise You, I bear witness that none has the right to be worshipped except You, I seek Your forgiveness and turn in repentance to You.)

1x(Subhanakal-lahumma wabihamdika ashhadu an la ilaha illa anta astaghfiruka wa-atoobu ilayk.)
