(اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْنِي مِنَ التَّوَّابِينَ وَاجْعَلْنِي مِنَ الْمُتَطَهِّرِينَ)

allahuma aj'alniy mina altawaabiyna waaj'alniy mina almutatahiriyna

(O Allah, make me of those who return to You often in repentance and make me of those who remain clean and pure.)
